CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Yes, it is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you can return them within 14 days of receipt.
For returns to be approved, the following conditions must be met:
The product still contains all correct parts and components and the packaging is in the same condition as when you received the product.
Normal handling of the product is acceptable, but damage caused by careless handling is excluded.
Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process starts.
The product was found to be defective upon receipt.
The shipping costs for returns are covered by the customer.
The return processing takes up to 7 working days and if the conditions are met, the return will be confirmed within this period.
We reserve the right to reject returned goods if we suspect that they have been used or damaged beyond our control.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
If your order meets the above conditions, follow these steps to start the return process:

Picture of the product if it is damaged

Customer's address
We will then contact you and provide the return address. Do not send the return package to the sender address, we will give you the correct address after you have contacted us. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return.

CAN I EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT TO ANOTHER COLOR OR SIZE?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange a product directly. If you want a different color, size or product, we recommend that you place a new order and return the item you do not want.

The consumer has the right of withdrawal in accordance with the following conditions if he/she is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are primarily not related to commercial or professional activity.

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
The cooling-off period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier has received the last item in the order.
Since we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after they are placed. Therefore, we cannot stop the shipment after ordering and refunds are not possible until the goods are received in return.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us via a clear statement (e.g. by email) of your decision to cancel the contract. The cancellation process is completed when we have received the returned goods. The return costs are borne by the customer.
DOCUMENTATION FOR SHIPMENTS IN TRANSIT
As our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer delivery times over which we have no control. If the goods are already in transit, it is not possible to cancel the order. Please wait until you have received the goods and then return them. Feel free to inform us in advance of your cancellation. To ensure a fast return processing, we ask you to send us a shipment confirmation.
CONSEQUENCES OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you cancel the agreement, we will refund all payments received from you, with the exception of shipping costs (and any additional costs if you have chosen a delivery type other than our most affordable standard delivery). The refund will be processed without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receipt of your cancellation notice and return of the goods. The refund will be made via the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed. No fees will be charged for the refund.
