I've just placed an order, when will it be shipped?

We do our best to ship the goods as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-3 days processing time before your order is shipped out. Average delivery time is 7-14 days. The tracking number is updated 2-5 days after the order is shipped. If you have not received a tracking number after 7 days, please send an email to info@zeyou.store.

I'm not satisfied with my order, can I return it?

What if there is a problem? We offer a 100% money back guarantee if the product is faulty or damaged. You have 14 days to return the product to us for a full refund. You must return the product at your own expense. When we receive the product, we will refund the full amount of the original purchase. Remember to include your name and order number with the return package. Note: If your package is in transit, you must wait for it to arrive before receiving your refund.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, it's not possible to cancel your order, as we start the processing immediately after your order. Fortunately, however, you can make use of our easy return policy to get a full refund as soon as the package arrives.

I've entered the wrong address, what should I do now?

If you have entered an incorrect address or an incorrect address was automatically entered, please notify info@zeyou.store within 12 hours. 12 hours after you have entered the wrong address, we can no longer issue refunds.
